Hi! I'm Rach
My Fitness Story
I'm the owner and founder of Project Me. In 2021 my husband and I moved from Calgary to beautiful Prince Edward County. Always an exercise enthusiast, in 2020 during Covid I got more serious about nutrition; I also ramped up my exercise routine.
Becoming a certified Nutrition & Weight Loss
Coach and Personal Training Specialist has made it official!
